AdFly - Here's a new one I've recently found. You can convert links to show an intermission ad. They pay around $4.00 per 1,000 impressions. The pay rate is much better than with LinkBucks. They pay with Paypal or Alertpay, and the minimum payout is $5.00.

Adbrite - They offer several different ad types (banner/text ads, full page ads, and inline ads). There is no minimum payment amount. If you want them to pay you after you earn $1.00 then they will. Their payout rate varies based on the advertisers and the productivity of the ad on your site. It's very similar to Adsense.

Advertising365 - They offer pop-ups and pseudo pop-ups. If a visitor has a pop-up blocker enabled then the pseudo pop-up will be enabled and you will still get paid. Their pay rate is less than pop-ads but because of the pseudo pop-up feature you will get more productivity. Their minimum payout is $50.00.
